In 2017, he won the regional and national grand prize for Kollaboration Star: the largest Asian talent showcase in America - which landed him an official performance spot in SXSW 2018. Uzuhan is a talent on the rise bringing lots of energy and nuance to the hip-hop and kpop community.

His music captures attention by dressing the ordinary with upbeat distinction. Uzuhan [oozoo - hahn]: a Korean word for excellence. A symbol for forward movement. A statement of upward progression. A landmark for breakthrough and growth.

Mix the energy of Chance the Rapper and pop-sense of ABBA and you’ll find the sound of Uzuhan somewhere in that elixir. He seamlessly blends hip-hop, kpop, and disco inspired melodies together with hope-filled lyrics. It’s the kind of music you never realized you needed.
